FRIENDSHIP Community Empowerment Models provide a holistic approach to empowering the vulnerable individuals and communities and are rooted in resilience and human rights principles. The model consists of core components: Skills Development & Sexual reproductive health, life skills for self-awareness and resilience, and SRH knowledge, , shifted Attitudes and Behaviours around GBV, promoting gender equality and healthy relationships through a human rights lens and Research and Innovation: Driving Program Excellence and Community Empowerment through Data-Driven Insights and Sustainable Solutions.

FRIENDSHIP programs are delivered by Community Mentors, a community-based structure comprising experienced community workers from diverse fields, These mentors are deeply rooted in the community and facilitate interactive and engaging sessions as well as capacity awareness sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of our target groups. Through these activities, we aim to transform attitudes, beliefs, aspirations, and behaviors, promoting positive development, well-being, and empowerment among adolescents and youth, refugees and young women.
